What are your rates like?
Since our rates vary dramatically because we offer a wide range of entertainment solutions, it is best to contact us for an event quote. Don't worry - our rates are affordable, and we will work with you in choosing the best package to meet your budget. 

What kind of packages do you offer?
At Artistry, we offer packages perfect for any type of event. From birthdays to weddings, we can provide you with just exactly what you were looking for. To discuss our packages in detail, please check our availability and contact us today.

Do you charge for setup or tear down?
No. We do not charge you for setup or tear down, as we believe this is part of the service you are entitled to. You are charged from the start of your event to the end, with no other hidden fees.

Will/can you act as the Master Of Ceremonies (MC)?
Of course! With years of experience, Artistry DJ's do this professionally every week.

Can a microphone be provided at my event?
Yes. We always have microphones on hand, both wired and wireless. We will provide microphones for any speaking or announcements that need to be made, such as toasts.
Will you get involved with my crowd?
We are DJ entertainers, Our job is not just to provide music but to also provide a fun atmosphere with entertainment, we love getting involved with the crowd and adding a personal experience to your event.

Do you take live requests from the crowd?
Yes! Live music requests are always taken from the crowd. This lets us get even more personal with your crowd, allowing them to enjoy all of their favorite music selections.

How far in advance from my event date should I book you?
The sooner the better! It is not uncommon for us to get requests well over a year in advance. Don't hesitate - give us a call today!

When will you arrive at my event?
We will always arrive prior to your event to allow for a complete and professional setup, sound check, and lighting design. The amount of time before the start of your event that we arrive varies on your package, but generally varies between 1 and 4 hours.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, or credit/debit card (Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

Where can I contact customer service?
The most important thing to us is customer service and satisfaction. This has always been our highest priority and is largely responsible for the growth and success of the company. Customer service is available by phone, online, and email. Our 24 hot line is open at all times. In addition, all of our DJ's carry mobile phones, allo
wing clients to personally contact them at all times.

Do all clients receive access to an, Online Planner?
Yes. Every  of our client's can access their personal on line planner through our website 24 hours a day. Regardless of the event or package, all client receive unlimited access. Plus a guest request system if you want your guests to request music before the date of your event!

Our wedding ceremony went great with no mistakes or anything, then going to the reception was just as great. Everything went smooth and nothing went wrong, Jessie kept me on the timeline which was great, and he watches you incase you want to fade a song early or something.
